About The Position

R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC, Inc. is hiring an experienced, full-commission HVAC Sales or Comfort Advisor in Columbus, Ohio. The role offers commission-based earnings of $200,000 to $400,000+ and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. A company vehicle is available for qualified applicants. The position involves HVAC field sales and requires experience with HVAC systems and customer communication. Requirements

• At least 4 years of HVAC sales experience.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes.
• Experience training junior team members.
• Ability to communicate with clients and customers.
• In-field sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to establish rapport with people and respect others and their personal property.
• Punctuality, reliability, and pride in one's work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-field HVAC sales.
• Communicate with clients and customers, including explaining technical information clearly in layman's terms.
• Train junior team members.
