About The Position

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the HVAC team as it continues to scale. They will focus on providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers throughout the HVAC Sales Process. The hourly pay rate for this role starts at $27.50/hr and up commensurate with experience. This is an introductory role with a "step-up" objective to become a junior salesperson.

Requirements

Ability to build, strengthen, and maintain effective business relationships with customers and internal GCE staff.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Extremely comfortable learning and mastering new software applications critical for the role.
Ability to plan and prioritize activities and handle confidential information with discretion.
Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business conditions.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
0-2 years of administrative or sales experience

Nice To Haves

Knowledge or background of HVAC products is a plus

Responsibilities

Own and facilitate the HVAC team’s processing of sales, vendor rebates, installation scheduling, and equipment troubleshooting.
Over time, this will also include aiding our sales personnel with mini-split systems quoting.
Identify customer needs and utilize the appropriate company resources to meet them.
Follow-up on existing orders, process all customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Provide accurate information to the customers as they move through the installation process.
Develop a knowledge of the marketplace and present a competitive advantage to our customers.
Manage time properly, be well-planned.
Work effectively with internal customers.
Operate within the policies and procedures of the company.
Collaborate with Sales/Branch managers to provide top customer service to our installers and end users.
