About The Position

The HVAC/R Program Manager may be based at the company headquarters in Rosemont, Illinois, or at select Reyes Family of Businesses locations across the United States. The role requires flexibility to travel 30% or more to support business initiatives, team collaboration, and operational needs. The position leads HVAC and refrigeration asset-management programs and capital projects across multiple facilities, with a focus on asset lifecycle management, reliability, energy efficiency, and operating costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 or more years of related experience, or a high school diploma/GED and 9 or more years of specific experience.

• Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement HVAC asset lifecycle, replacement, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Establish asset management standards, preventive maintenance KPIs, and best practices across the portfolio.
• Evaluate equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, energy efficiency, and operating costs.
• Manage capital budgets, project schedules, vendor performance, and project risks.
• Lead the planning, budgeting, execution, and closeout of HVAC and refrigeration capital projects across multiple facilities.
• Support sustainability and energy-reduction initiatives through equipment upgrades, controls optimization, and operational improvements.
• Travel up to 30% to support business initiatives, team collaboration, and operational needs.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
