About The Position

7-Eleven is hiring an HVAC/R Technician I to help keep its stores running smoothly. The role responds to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment; performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance; troubleshoots, inspects, and maintains HVAC systems; manages parts inventory; and completes daily reports. The technician also trains and mentors junior technicians and collaborates with the team. The posting describes the position as supporting store operations and the communities 7-Eleven serves.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• EPA 608 Type I and II or Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
