About The Position

7-Eleven is hiring an HVAC/R Technician I to help keep its stores running smoothly. The role responds to service requests involving HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment; performs minor repairs and preventive maintenance; and troubleshoots, inspects, and maintains HVAC systems using tools and technology. The technician also manages parts inventory, completes daily reports, and trains and mentors junior technicians while working with a team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type I and II or Universal certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong problem-solving skills, leadership potential, and ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on a wide range of systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using tools and technology.
