About The Position

7-Eleven is hiring an HVAC/R Technician I to help keep its stores running smoothly. The role responds to service requests involving HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment; performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance; and troubleshoots, inspects, and maintains HVAC systems. Technicians also manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, and train and mentor junior technicians while working with a supportive team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• EPA 608 Type I and II or Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment.
