About The Position

7-Eleven is hiring an HVAC/R Technician I to help keep its stores running smoothly by maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment. The role includes responding to service requests, performing minor repairs and preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting and inspecting HVAC systems with tools and technology. The technician also manages parts inventory, completes daily reports, and trains and mentors junior technicians while collaborating with the team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• EPA 608 Type I and II or Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities
