About The Position

CoolSys is seeking an HVAC/R Dispatcher to support commercial and industrial service operations. The company provides refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, engineering, and energy management services, including equipment sourcing, installation, repair, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization. The role involves coordinating calls and technician assignments, collaborating with Service Managers, communicating with customers, and monitoring service and preventive-maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize incoming and backlog calls.
• Assign and dispatch technicians.
• Work with Service Managers to address open calls.
• Respond to inquiries.
• Create and distribute required reporting.
• Communicate proactively with customers about missed SLAs.
• Review incomplete calls daily.
• Maintain and verify the nightly on-call crew entry.
• Work with Service Managers to ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule.
• Understand the market's geography and the technicians.
