This role involves mentoring junior installers, leading by example, and developing future leadership skills. Ideal candidates enjoy coaching, ensuring job quality, and managing projects from beginning to end.

Requirements

2+ years of progressive experience as an HVAC Installer
Active driver's license
EPA Universal certification
Ability to thrive in a team environment and assert yourself in a leadership role as needed

Nice To Haves

Additional HVAC-related certifications preferred

Responsibilities

Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish
Supervise and mentor your assigned installer partner
Coach junior team members on installation best practices, quality standards, and efficiency
Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field
Calculate refrigerant charge when necessary
Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers
Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials for each job
Complete job packets and collect monies due from customers when needed
Maintain strong communication with dispatch, warehouse, leadership, and install teams
Participate in ongoing technical and leadership training
Support team excellence through leadership, accountability, and hands-on coaching
