Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background in basic construction or related trades.
• Proven success working in a team environment to deliver high-quality results.
• Strong customer service and listening skills to ensure a great client experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on follow-up and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification and NATE certifications are a big plus—or the drive to earn them!
• Previous experience in HVAC installation or similar fields is a bonus but not required—we value fast learners ready to grow.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems, components, and ductwork in residential settings, ensuring precision and quality workmanship.
• Perform system checks and tests to ensure installations are functioning properly and meet industry standards.
• Communicate with customers to explain the installation process, answer questions, and provide system demonstrations.
• Work closely with fellow technicians and team members to ensure seamless project completion and a positive customer experience.
• Maintain organized schedules, coordinate with dispatch, and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Use tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols, company guidelines, and industry regulations during every installation.
