About The Position

WM Henderson is hiring an HVAC Lead Installation Technician to lead residential heating and cooling system installations. The position offers consistent, full-time, year-round work, flexible scheduling options including traditional schedules and 4x10 shifts, and no on-call responsibilities or mandatory weekends. Compensation is up to $40 per hour, with performance-based bonuses, top-performer annual earnings of $100,000 or more, and a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for qualified candidates. Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Installation Technician.
• Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
