About The Position

Frank Gay Services is seeking a skilled residential Lead HVAC Install Technician to perform high-quality HVAC installations and provide strong customer service. The role involves analyzing work orders, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring installation work is completed accurately. The technician collaborates with team members and other departments, maintains job inventory and truck readiness, documents work, and guides apprentices. The position also requires staying current with HVAC codes and standards and safely driving and maintaining company vehicles. Requirements

3–4 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment.
Must pass a motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screen.
Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities
