About The Position

Call The Bee is a home services company providing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions throughout Connecticut. The Dispatcher helps ensure technicians are scheduled efficiently and customers receive timely, high-quality service. This role is the central point of communication between the office and field teams and contributes to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The Dispatcher schedules residential service calls and installations, prioritizes jobs, coordinates emergency responses, communicates with customers, tracks technicians’ progress, adjusts schedules in real time, and maintains records of service calls and field activities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a related administrative role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage logistics and timelines.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with dispatching software.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
