About The Position

NuBlue Electric, Plumbing & Air is hiring an HVAC Comfort Advisor to provide outstanding service to customers and maintain customer relationships. The role involves conducting onsite consultations and selling heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and indoor air quality solutions. The advisor determines appropriate equipment, including through load calculations and duct design, and plans installations with the Install Team by preparing equipment and material lists. The position also involves generating and reviewing onsite quotes, keeping detailed invoices and daily notes, and assisting customers with financing where applicable. Responsibilities

Conduct onsite consultations and sell heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and indoor air quality solutions to clients.
Determine the proper equipment to be installed, including load calculations and duct design.
Plan installations with the Install Team and prepare equipment and material lists to support a smooth installation.
Own the client relationship.
Generate onsite quotes and review details of customers’ homes and systems with them.
Maintain accurate, detailed invoices and submit notes daily.
Assist clients with financing processes where applicable, including applications, qualification, and confirming payment method before installation.
Respect safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Demonstrate and preserve NuBlue’s Core Values in interactions with colleagues, customers, vendors, and the community.
