About The Position
Done! Plumbing, Heating, & Electrical is hiring an HVAC Comfort Advisor to serve residential customers in the Denver metro area. The advisor evaluates customers’ HVAC systems, identifies suitable equipment, and presents options to help customers choose the best solution for their household. The role works closely with the HVAC installation team to support an excellent customer experience. Prior residential HVAC sales experience is required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential HVAC sales.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Physically able to move equipment and crawl into attics.
- Flexible schedule to work evening and weekend calls.
- Valid, clean driving record and background.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred experience using customer service software such as ServiceTitan.
Responsibilities
- Examine HVAC systems in customers’ residential homes.
- Run airflow analyses, load calculations, and infrared and static-pressure measurements.
- Determine the best equipment for each customer’s home and create a plan.
- Present options and assist customers in making the best decision for their family.
- Work closely with the HVAC installation team to ensure an excellent customer experience.
