HVAC Comfort Advisor (Sales)
About The Position
One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking skilled and energetic HVAC Comfort Advisors to provide expert guidance, present customized HVAC solutions, and deliver excellent service to homeowners. The role includes on-the-job training, shadowing, and continuous learning, with work performed in accordance with workplace procedures and safety guidelines. The company emphasizes long-term relationships with customers, team members, and the community. The position offers guaranteed weekly pay and uncapped commission, with stated annual earnings of $100,000 to $200,000 or more. It is full-time, year-round work. The company provides a take-home vehicle, fuel card, and iPad, along with benefits and ongoing training. Requirements
- Proven success in in-home or relationship-based sales.
- Experience in HVAC sales with a customer-first consultative approach.
- Ability to clearly explain technical solutions and value-added benefits.
- Strong communication, integrity, and follow-through.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends to meet customer needs.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools, including CRM and iPad usage.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Present customized service options, product features, and financing plans professionally.
- Build trust and strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Manage multiple sales opportunities while maintaining profit margins.
- Overcome objections and close sales with professionalism and integrity.
- Use company-provided tools, including an iPad and CRM, to document and manage sales activity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, professional image and a positive attitude on every job.
