About The Position

Columbus Worthington Air, in partnership with American Residential Services (ARS), is hiring In-Home Sales Representatives (Comfort Advisors) to help homeowners replace and upgrade heating and air conditioning systems. The role involves professional consultations and customized HVAC system recommendations based on each customer’s comfort needs. It is a full-time, year-round, commission-based position with a training salary during ramp-up. Compensation is performance-based, with a stated potential range of $100,000–$200,000+ annually for top performers; these amounts are not guaranteed. The role includes scheduled warm-lead appointments, typically 3–4 per day, with lead volume varying due to weather and seasonal demand. A minimum expectation of 35–40 leads per month is listed.
