About The Position
Done! Plumbing, Heating, & Electrical is a trusted HVAC and plumbing provider serving the Denver metro area since 1999. The HVAC Comfort Advisor examines residential HVAC systems, evaluates customers’ homes, recommends equipment, and helps customers choose the best option for their family. The role works closely with the HVAC installation team to help ensure an excellent customer experience. Prior experience in residential HVAC sales is required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in residential HVAC sales is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Physically able to move equipment and crawl into attics.
- Flexible schedule to work evening and weekend calls.
- Valid and clean driving record and background.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred experience using customer service software such as Service Titan.
Responsibilities
- Examine HVAC systems in customers’ residential homes.
- Perform airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared and static pressure measurements.
- Determine the best equipment for each customer’s home and create a plan.
- Present options and help customers make an informed decision for their family.
- Work closely with the HVAC installation team to ensure an excellent customer experience.
