About The Position

Big Al’s is seeking positive, enthusiastic, and personable Guest Service Team Members to help provide guests with a first-class experience. Team members greet guests, assist with bowling gear and arcade games, support food running, hosting, and cleaning, handle transactions, maintain a safe and clean environment, promote deals and experiences, and help open and close the venue. The role offers hands-on paid training and opportunities for career development and advancement into management. Requirements

• Previous POS system experience or willingness to learn.
• Friendly, confident, and personable when interacting face-to-face.
• First-class guest service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to handle sales transactions and upsell experiences.
• Commitment to safety.
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers Certification.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Toast, Brunswick, or Embed POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a first-class guest experience.
• Assist guests with bowling gear, arcade games, and other needs.
