Requirements

• Native or fluent Hungarian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Professional fluency in English to operate within our international corporate environment.
• Availability to work on-site in Sofia.

• Maintain detailed documentation of support interactions to ensure service quality and internal compliance.
• Collaborate with international teams to refine travel support workflows and improve operational efficiency.
