Requirements

• Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor’s degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Meet the PA residency requirement.
• Be able to perform essential job functions.
• Submission of criminal history reports (conditional offer of employment).

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation on rules, regulations, and contract components for community mental health services
• Collect, interpret, and analyze information to assess compliance with standards and requirements
• Offer support to counties and providers on program performance, productivity, and outcomes
• Share findings, recommendations, and corrective actions with stakeholders through clear reports and discussions
• Conduct visits to counties, agencies, and providers to verify compliance and follow up on concerns
• Participate in meetings, committees, and planning activities to represent program interests and gather community input
