Requirements

• Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor’s degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
• You must meet the PA residency requirement.
• You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to county and provider staff on rules and regulations for mental health services
• Explain and review contract components between the department and counties in the Behavioral Health Managed Care Program
• Collect, interpret, and analyze information to assess compliance with standards and requirements
• Review reports and assist counties and providers with meeting state and federal program expectations
• Investigate complaints or major incidents and prepare recommendations for needed corrective actions
• Assist with audits and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with established procedures
