Requirements

• Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor’s degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
• You must meet the PA residency requirement.
• You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop training, mentor new staff, and collaborate on statewide materials and guidance
• Evaluate policies annually to ensure consistency, accuracy, and statewide alignment
• Review reportable incidents, track documentation, and communicate trends for follow-up
• Support complex case processes, gather data, and assist with statewide initiatives and special projects
• Conduct surveys, complaint investigations, and reviews to assess program effectiveness and improve services
• Analyze financial and program data, review reimbursement requests, and ensure that expenditures align with program goals
