About The Position

This position makes a meaningful impact by supporting the behavioral health managed care system with the Department of Human Services. This position gives you the chance to apply analytical skills, communicate clearly, and guide contract compliance. You will work with many partners who rely on your expertise and guidance. Your commitment will help strengthen outcomes for consumers, families, and communities. This position supports the monitoring and evaluation of behavioral health managed care contracts across assigned counties. The work focuses on ensuring compliance, providing consultation, and reviewing information that guides key decisions.

Requirements

• Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor’s degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
• You must meet the PA residency requirement.
• You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Review behavioral health managed care agreements and assess compliance across counties
• Analyze reports, data, and supporting documents to identify trends, issues, and needed actions
• Provide guidance to counties, providers, and agencies on regulations, policies, and contract requirements
• Conduct visits to programs and facilities to assess safety, service delivery, and adherence to standards
• Follow corrective actions, monitor outcomes, and report findings to appropriate groups
• Participate in meetings, committees, and reviews to represent the agency and support shared goals
