About The Position

We are looking for a motivated, people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead our HR efforts and help foster a positive, engaged workplace culture. In this role, you will oversee all areas of human resources, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who enjoys building relationships, supporting employees, and partnering with leaders across the organization. You'll play a key role in attracting and retaining talent, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring HR practices support both our team members and organizational goals. Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in human capital management practices.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law compliance including OSHA regulations and workers' compensation procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management with skills in organizational design and strategic planning.
  • Strong communication skills paired with conflict management expertise to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Experience with benefits administration systems such as Paychex or ADP; proficiency in data entry and report generation is essential.
  • Ability to lead change initiatives effectively using change management principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with social media management for employer branding is a plus.
  • Advanced certifications like SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, HR sourcing, ATS management (Applicant Tracking System), and onboarding programs such as employee orientation and training & development initiatives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies, including performance management, employee evaluation, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
  • Manage benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, OSHA compliance, and leave policies such as FMLA to ensure legal adherence and employee well-being.
  • Oversee human capital management systems to streamline HR operations.
  • Foster positive employee relations through conflict management, effective communication skills, and organizational design that supports a collaborative work environment.
  • Implement change management initiatives to support organizational restructuring or process improvements while maintaining high morale.
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations and affirmative action planning to promote diversity and inclusion across the organization.
