The HR Coordinator will coordinate events, meetings, and activities as directed by the Director of Human Resources. This role involves coordinating employee engagement activities and events, assisting with new employee files, and coordinating employee offboarding. The position also includes assisting with the preparation for employee orientation, performing routine filing, scanning, and archiving of records, and coordinating office mail and deliveries. Additionally, the HR Coordinator will assist with and/or prepare correspondence as needed, prepare HR reports, track compliance requirements, and assist with audits.
