About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about people, strategy, and culture — someone ready to make a lasting impact across all levels of the company. As the HR Manager, you’ll oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits, compliance, and employee development. You’ll also play a key role in shaping company culture and creating a positive, engaging work environment for every team member.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of HR management or leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Work authorization required.

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and foster a positive, inclusive workplace.
  • Lead performance management and professional development initiatives.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and ensure company policies are up to date.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
