About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager 3 to support Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX. This HR Manager will own the full HR lifecycle for frontline teams, partnering closely with leadership to drive employee relations, talent acquisition, development, and compliance. The role leads high-impact HR initiatives, manages complex projects, and delivers hands-on support in a multi-site environment. The ideal candidate is a confident, solutions-driven HR professional with exceptional communication skills and a strong track record navigating complex organizations. Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, SmartSheet, and Outlook, as well as the ability to learn additional computer programs as needed
  • Able to create and facilitate training utilizing webinars
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and have ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organization, communication and project management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills for phone conversations and email responses
  • Experience working in a union environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Work well independently and as part of a team
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years Minimum Management Experience
  • 2 years Minimum Functional Experience in HR

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard frontline hires utilizing onboarding and payroll systems
  • Utilize knowledge of state and federal HR laws
  • Maintain active and terminated employee files
  • Coordinate and conduct required monthly training
  • Understand and respect sensitive and confidential information
  • Complete special projects based on business needs regarding human resources data and analysis
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities and meet time demands
