We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership. As our Human Resources Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, HRIS, and employee development. You'll play a key role in helping our employees and our organization succeed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Paylocity experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Human Resources operations and initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies.
• Manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention efforts.
• Oversee benefits administration, HRIS, employee records, and government reporting.
• Coordinate management training on HR best practices.
• Administer compensation and performance review programs.
• Analyze HR trends and recommend strategies to improve retention and reduce absenteeism.
• Support a safe, productive, and positive manufacturing environment.
