About The Position

The Meadows Psychiatric Center is seeking an adaptable Human Resources Manager with experience in HR and Workday. The role requires comfort with changing priorities, the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, and strong organization, accuracy, and customer service. The Meadows is a 119-inpatient-bed behavioral health hospital near State College, Pennsylvania, providing services to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.

The position is Monday through Friday, primarily 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with some flexibility required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field of study.
• Knowledge of HRIS, particularly Workday, and applicant tracking systems (ATS), particularly iCIMS.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or a similar setting.
• Knowledge of leave of absence, FMLA, workers’ compensation, and unemployment.
• Adaptability and comfort shifting priorities in response to changing business needs.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining organization, accuracy, and customer service.
