About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee general human resources functions. The role manages turnover, recruiting, payroll, and benefits administration; supports positive employee relations; and monitors compliance with employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, and Unemployment requirements. The Human Resources Manager also ensures employees are trained on company safety policies and procedures and promotes a safety culture at the location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and with intranet/internet.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 2 years of human resources experience.
