About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Manager I to support all general areas of Human Resources. The role includes managing employee turnover, recruiting, administering payroll and benefits, and driving positive employee relations. The position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Working knowledge of HR-related legal requirements, including FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment, and OSHA requirements.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
