About the position
As a Human Resources Manager at YETI, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of talent strategies and solutions in Europe to achieve business goals. Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will handle various HR-related initiatives and maintain a high level of business literacy. Your role will involve leading the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to termination, and partnering with leaders to develop and execute talent strategies. Additionally, you will drive a strong performance culture, manage employee relations concerns, and prioritize multiple projects to support business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead local support for the entire employee lifecycle
- Engage with leaders to develop and execute talent strategies
- Proactively identify efforts to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organization
- Own full recruiting cycle
- Partner with leaders to strategically assess talent and create development goals and plans for employees
- Drive a strong performance culture and support managers with performance management
- Serve as point of contact for employee questions and grievances
- Conduct investigations related to employee relations concerns
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives to support business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience in Human Resources management
- Knowledge of talent strategies and solutions
- Ability to execute HR-related activities locally
- Strong business literacy and understanding of business objectives and challenges
- Resilience and ability to navigate nuanced situations
- Experience in full recruiting cycle, including creating job descriptions, advertising, interviewing, and hiring
- Ability to develop and execute talent strategies
- Knowledge of workforce planning and succession planning
- Experience in employee relations, including handling employee questions and grievances
- Ability to drive a strong performance culture and support managers with performance management
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects and initiatives
- Flexible and innovative approach to supporting business goals

- At least 8 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role
- Strong knowledge of European Labor Laws for multiple countries
- Fluent in multiple languages a plus
- Experience partnering with US-based and/or remote Headquarters structure
- Experience driving proactive efforts to add value to the business
- Experience advising managers through complex employee issues & solving workforce challenges
- Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities, accepting responsibility for results of actions
- Ability to build productive cross-functional partnerships
- Ability to effectively project manage, meet deadlines and commitments
- Exceptional listening skills, ensures mutual understanding of expectations, concepts, and practices
- Extensive use of Microsoft Office suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail with a quality mindset
