About The Position

The Beck Group is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join their brand new HR team in their corporate headquarters located in Downtown Dallas. This role will be involved in many facets of HR, with the ability to evolve and impact existing operations. The primary function is to assist the Human Resources team with recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compensation, and training functions, while building relationships and acting as an initial point of contact for Beck employees.

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related degree.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-motivated team player.
Effective verbal and written communicator.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Must maintain confidentiality with employee information.

Responsibilities

Support multiple projects within the HR team, offering the best service to internal clients.
Post open positions on the Beck website and associated targeted job boards.
Support hiring managers and their teams by coordinating and scheduling interviews.
Assist with campus recruiting and the Summer Internship Program.
