About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional consulting and sales environment. This internship provides exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations. This role requires a proactive, adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic workplace and maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in: Human Resources, Business Administration, Or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with AI tools, specifically Microsoft Copilot
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes, documentation, and orientation logistics
- Learn about posting job openings, screening resumes, and support candidate sourcing efforts in our ATS
- Assist with scheduling interviews, communicate with candidates, and assist with tracking hiring activities
- Support audits of employee files and ensure documentation aligns with HR policies
- Maintain accurate employee data and update records in HR systems
- Assist with training coordination and development initiatives
- Support HR projects, policy updates, process improvements, and reporting as needed
