About The Position

Radwell International LLC is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for Summer 2026. This 10-week, on-site internship program is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Interns will be assigned a real business project at the start of the program and will work closely with leadership to deliver measurable results while gaining practical HR experience. The program aims to provide meaningful work experience while creating an engaging, positive, and memorable internship experience. Interns will receive hands-on training within Human Resources, focusing on recruiting, employee engagement, and professional workplace skills. They will be assigned real HR projects to apply classroom knowledge and support business initiatives. Weekly intern meetings are designed to foster collaboration, provide career guidance, and build relationships across departments.

Requirements

• Must have completed Sophomore or Junior year and plan to return to school the following semester
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work on-site five days per week
• Strong computer proficiency
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts including candidate review, scheduling, and communication
• Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire processes
• Participate in intern program planning, engagement activities, and events
• Maintain accurate records and assist with HR documentation
• Partner with HR team members on various projects and initiatives
• Complete and present a final internship project
• Perform additional duties as assigned
