About The Position
The Beck Group is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join a brand new HR team in their corporate headquarters located in Downtown Dallas. This role will be involved in many facets of HR, offering the ability to evolve and impact existing operations. The primary function is to assist the Human Resources team with recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compensation, and training functions, while building relationships and acting as an initial point of contact for Beck employees.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related degree
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated team player
- Effective verbal and written communicator
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Must maintain confidentiality with employee information
- Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office; frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment; frequently lift and move up to ten pounds and occasionally lift and move up to fifty pounds; constantly communicates with HR team, Beck employees, and external vendors; ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities
- Support multiple projects within HR team, offering the best service to our internal clients
- Post open positions on Beck website and associated targeted job boards
- Support hiring managers and their teams coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Assist campus recruiting and Summer Internship Program
