This internship provides hands-on experience in full-cycle HR operations within a high-volume logistics environment, supporting 200–250 employees across multiple California sites. You will act as the primary HR support for 2–3 warehouses in one of our California sites, shadowing the HR lead as your mentor and support. You will assist in managing full-cycle HR processes, including recruitment administration, onboarding, and documentation for performance management and offboarding. You will also review and reconcile employee timecards, ensuring accurate attendance tracking and related compliance matters. Additionally, you will support the handling of employee relations issues and conflict resolution by documenting investigations in partnership with leadership, and provide initial HR guidance to managers and employees on company policies, procedures, and basic compliance with federal and state regulations.
