About The Position

As the HR Business Partner for the Quality organization, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across a complex, global workforce of professional hourly and salaried talent. While you will support day-to-day people and organizational needs, the core of this role is driving talent strategy through succession planning, talent reviews, organizational design, leadership coaching, and workforce planning. Success in this position requires balancing strategic thinking with practical execution, building strong partnerships across regions, and helping leaders develop the capabilities needed to support a growing, global environment. You will join the HR team supporting Molex's global Quality organization, a business-critical function that provides reliability lab services across all Molex business units. This team spans North America and international locations, giving you the opportunity to partner with leaders and HR colleagues around the world while developing a broad, enterprise-wide perspective. Working closely with a highly collaborative leadership team that values HR's strategic input, you'll help shape the talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness of a function that supports the success of the entire company.

Requirements

  • Progressive experience in a strategic HR role, with a strong focus on business partnership
  • Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders across business capabilities
  • Experience with talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and talent development
  • Experience in organizational design and change management
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations
  • Experience in using HR analytics and data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Act as a steward of our company culture (PBM Business Philosophy)
  • Partner with functional leaders to understand business goals and strategic initiatives
  • Support leaders by driving Talent Development activities including Org Design, Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, Individual Development Plans
  • Be a trusted advisor to managers and individual contributors
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team and Hiring Supervisors on talent needs
  • Support leaders with market insights as well as with compensation decisions
  • Utilize business analytics and key measures to help understand complex problems & opportunities
