Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience (for HR Business Partner role).
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic business partner responsibilities (for Senior HR Business Partner role).
  • Experience supporting employee relations, leader coaching, talent management, and organizational initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success advising senior leaders and leading complex organizational and people initiatives (for Senior HR Business Partner role).
  • Strong experience with workforce planning, HR analytics, organizational effectiveness, and change management (for Senior HR Business Partner role).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of employment law and HR best practices (for Senior HR Business Partner role).

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) preferred (for HR Business Partner role).
  • HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar) preferred (for Senior HR Business Partner role).

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with leaders and employees across the organization.
  • Coach leaders on performance, accountability, and team effectiveness.
  • Analyze workforce and people data to identify trends, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning efforts.
  • Partner with leaders to build high-performing, future-ready teams.
  • Collaborate on talent acquisition, employee development, retention, and engagement strategies.
  • Help improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and support organizational effectiveness.
  • Navigate employee relations matters with empathy, objectivity, and sound judgment.
  • Lead and contribute to HR and cross-functional projects.
