Human Resources Intern - Summer 2027
About The Position
NVIDIA is seeking Human Resources Interns for Summer 2027 to support its Worldwide Field Organization. Interns will gain hands-on experience, training and development, and exposure to HR leadership while completing meaningful projects designed to provide measurable business impact and prepare them for future careers as HR business partners. Projects may involve compensation analysis, market research, recruiting market analysis, people analytics, talent management, and business partner recommendations. Interns will present their final recommendations to the Human Resources Leadership Team. The internship also includes HR and company-wide events such as executive and technical talks, mentor meetings, and social and cultural events.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a similar field.
- Technical competence and ability to use MS Office applications and HR-related tools.
- Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence and enthusiasm for learning and applying AI tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong project-planning skills and ability to function in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Strong interest in human resources management, organizational development, or another HR-related function.

- Self-starter with an eye for finding efficiencies.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA.
- Prior internships within HR.

Responsibilities
