About The Position

As an HRIS Intern at NCR Voyix, you will contribute to HR systems, reporting, and process improvement initiatives that support the company’s people strategies. Your work will help improve operational efficiency, support data-driven decision-making, and enhance the employee experience.

Starting in Week 1, you will take ownership of a meaningful project aligned to your focus area. The program also includes professional development, networking events, cohort experiences, mentorship from experienced professionals, speaker sessions with NCR Voyix leaders, and exposure to career opportunities across Human Resources. The internship culminates in an Internship Expo, where you will present your project and engage with leaders across the organization.

The internship is onsite five days a week at NCR Voyix’s Global Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. The program runs from late May to early August.

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, HR Technology (HRIS), business systems, data analytics, process improvement, or related business functions.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to interpret and work with data.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated learning agility, including the ability to learn new technologies quickly, apply feedback, adapt to evolving priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong interest in HR systems, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to HR systems, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Take ownership of a meaningful project aligned to the internship focus area, beginning in Week 1.
• Work with data to support operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• Present the project and its impact at the Internship Expo.
