The Human Resources Generalist will serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and will be responsible for shaping, implementing, and maintaining compliant HR policies and procedures. This role involves managing various HR functions including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS administration, benefits and payroll support, leave of absence administration, and compliance tracking. The Generalist will also partner cross-functionally, coordinate training and engagement initiatives, and generate HR reports. A strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of HR Generalist experience, with a preference for experience in payroll, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and a multi-site, fast-paced operational or manufacturing environment.
