The Business Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting the department’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS) operations and digital solutions. This position provides advanced technical expertise, manages complex projects, and ensures the integrity and reliability of our HRIS systems. As the primary technical liaison for the department, this role is responsible for collaboration with section team members as needed to design and improve system configurations, developing and maintaining reporting tools, coordinating testing and documentation, and delivering training to help system users successfully adopt new features and evolving processes.
