Highly responsible position managing Human Resources data, including employee records, and serving as the data and information technology (IT) expert to the Human Resources (HR) Division. This position works closely with the HR Division and the payroll office. Ensures applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR Division. Maintains the integrity and reliability of the organization’s human resources information systems and implements process improvements, ensuring data quality, and analyzing and reporting on the data.
