This highly responsible position manages Human Resources data, including employee records, and serves as the data and information technology (IT) expert to the Human Resources (HR) Division. The role works closely with the HR Division and the payroll office, ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR Division. The position maintains the integrity and reliability of the organization’s human resources information systems, implements process improvements, ensures data quality, and analyzes and reports on the data.
