We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Program Integrator & Human Resources Professional to support the Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC). This position provides direct support to the G‑1/Human Resources (HR) team as the primary focus area, while also supporting the G‑6 Business and Digital Transformation initiative where enterprise integration is critical. This is a unique, matrixed role that combines enterprise‑level process integration with HR process expertise and policy analysis. You will serve as a central integrator, driving cohesion, alignment, and operational effectiveness across multiple functional domains. In this role, you will deliver critical subject‑matter expertise in government HR policies, standards, and regulations for the AvMC G‑1 office. You will also support the G‑6 transformation team by helping align and standardize enterprise processes, data structures, and system workflows. Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow or similar HR system tools is highly desirable. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent organizational and time‑management skills, capable of managing competing deadlines and consistently delivering high‑quality work in support of both directorates.

Requirements

  • BS and BA degree
  • 10 years of direct experience
  • Expertise in process mapping, value stream mapping (VSM), business process reengineering (BPR), and dependency mapping.
  • Facilitation skills and experience leading working sessions with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ability to map and analyze HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations (ER), and EEO workflows.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain DoW security clearance.

  • Experience working within a government HR environment.
  • Experience reviewing, interpreting, and applying HR policies and regulations.
  • Lean Six Sigma or other process‑improvement methodology experience.
  • Experience creating and optimizing enterprise system workflows.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow or similar HR system tools is highly desirable.
