The HR Business Analyst is a hybrid strategic and tactical HR role reporting to the Director of HR, responsible for supporting effective, compliant, and scalable human resources operations in our surgical hospital, hospital outpatient department, business office, and physical therapy clinics. This position combines hands-on HR generalist execution with workforce analysis, project management, and process improvement to support employee operations, regulatory readiness, and HR initiatives. Under the direction of the Director of HR, the HR Business Analyst executes assigned HR work and initiatives, maintains workforce compliance standards, and provides analytical and operational support that strengthens the overall effectiveness of the HR function.
