Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
• 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• 2 years of progressive leadership experience

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred
• HR certification (SHRM‑CP/SCP or HRCI PHR/SPHR) preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions related to operations, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and engagement.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on strategic workforce planning and talent management (this is the role of the lead HR person at the entity)
• Develop and implement programs, practices and processes that support employee engagement and retention.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Direct and develop the HR team, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Partner with leaders of shared services departments on initiatives related to entity
