As the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, helping drive organizational success through talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and workforce planning. Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required (for HRBP II)
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required (for HRBP III)
  • 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required
  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to deliver HR strategies that support business performance and workforce objectives
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions across supported business areas
  • Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development
  • Conduct workplace investigations and resolve complex employee relations matters
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and company procedures
  • Facilitate employee meetings, training programs, onboarding, and organizational initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce planning, retention, engagement, and organizational challenges
  • Champion change management efforts and drive adoption of key business and HR initiatives
  • Lead and participate in HR projects focused on process improvement and operational excellence
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement, productivity, and retention
